Twin Sharing Accommodation

Double Occupancy Accommodation
- Delegate will be allotted a single room which can be shared with 1 accompanying person. However only 2 persons will allowed in room.

- Hotel Accommodation booking is for 3 nights (8th, 9th, 10th Feb 2024).

- Accommodation Rates are inclusive of 18% GST. Anything extra will be charged according to hotel rates.
- No separate registration required for accompanying person, however name should be mentioned on the online registration form.
- Extra food coupons will be available at registration counter.
- Registration fee for delegates above 70+ years is waived off, however registration is mandatory.
- If the cancellation is done before 30th Sep 2023, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is done before 30th November 2023, 40% amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is done after 30th November 2023, no refund will be entertained.
